Babbles & Bubbles

Ages 6 weeks to 5 months

**FREE PROGRAM**

• This program is for newborns and their parents to build comfort and a love for the water while bonding and nurturing baby’s early cognitive and physical development.

AquaBaby / Toddler

Ages 5mo to 3yrs

• 30-minute class

• 4 children (with adults) per class maximum

• The AquaBaby/Toddler level is a 30-minute Adult participation class. Parents and their little ones are taught the basics of buoyancy, breath control, body position, and water comfort based on developmental milestones. We provide a safe, fun, nurturing environment to learn the building blocks of swimming. Snug-fitting reusable diapers or disposables made specifically for swimming are required for all children who are not fully potty trained. Both are available at our swim shop.

AquaStarter

• This class is designed for those who are being introduced to group swim lessons for the first time or for those who are unsure of the water. Students work on full submersion, assisted floating, and basic water skills. Fears are quickly alleviated in this nurturing and fun environment.

AquaGlider

• This class is designed for children who are comfortable with full submersion and being in a class situation. Students work on gliding, kicking, floating unassisted, rolling over, and other fundamental safety and swimming skills. Games and toys are used to make the learning process fun and engaging.

AquaCruiser

• This class is for children who developed independence in the water. Focuses on kicks, building endurance, maintaining body position and mastering the ability to swim the width (30 feet) of our pool.

AquaStar

• This class is for children who have mastered the skills taught in AquaCruiser and can swim 30 feet unassisted. Students focus on big arm strokes (freestyle) with rollover breathing and beginning backstroke.

AquaChamp

• This class is designed for those children who can do big arm strokes (freestyle and backstroke) and can swim 60 feet unassisted. Students focus on side breathing, proper freestyle technique, and advanced backstroke.

AquaPro

• This class is designed for children who have mastered proper freestyle and backstroke. This class focuses on perfecting the stroke form, building endurance, and introduction of breaststroke and butterfly.

Junior Squads 

Ages 6 to 12 years old

• 1hr Class

• 6 Children Max Per Instructor

• This class is offered to children who have completed the AquaPro level or have mastered advanced freestyle and backstroke are able to execute butterfly and breaststroke with a reasonable level of proficiency. The class is a one-hour class and aims to build the swimmers’ endurance while maintaining and growing their ability to execute all four strokes.

Squads 

Ages 6 to 12 years old

• 1hr Class

• 8 Children Max Per Instructor

• This class is offered to children who have either completed Jr. Squads or have completed a water assessment and have been approved for the level. Children are divided based on skill level. Squads classes focus on the perfection of all four strokes, starts, turns, endurance, and an introduction to USA competition swimming rules.
